Mlambo & Associates was founded by Ntombi Mlambo in October 2023, after she had been a Partner at an established medium sized law firm for 8 years, where she spent 13 years practicing, heading up a department and founding and managing their Johannesburg
and Durban branches.
Mlambo & Associates provides a broad range of services primarily in the financial services industry and is located in the major cities of Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town respectively. The law firm currently employs 9 staff members and is supported by trusted consultants who share the same values as them. Collectively, the team have over 30 years’ experience in the legal industry.
This collaboration was initiated by both AAK Solutions and Mlambo & Associates. Mlambo & Associates sought a reliable partner to support them with in-house legal and advisory services and whatever services it may require from AAK Solutions particularly for clients operating within or expanding into Lesotho. Through this partnership, Mlambo & Associates plans to complement their legal practice with AAK Solutions' in-depth understanding of national legislation, local compliance frameworks, regulatory obligations, and sector-specific requirements.
